02/12/2008 09:00 - DDOS (vittorio)Accounts hosted on vittorio have service disruption , at present the data centre are refusing to put our server back online because the server has taken part in an denial of service attacks, We are trying to come to an agreement with the data centre and we should have the server running today.
Service as now been restored at 03:00, 03rd December.
03/06/2008 23:48 - Webconexion Downtime After the fire in the data centre’s power room a new replacement generator was installed and the power was restored to our server, during the early hours of the morning the power generator died again.
Since then the data centre company which is called the planet have ordered a new power generator and are currently waiting on this to be delivered if the installation goes to plan we expect our name server to be up and running again at 3am.
We have been working all day to get a new server up and running which will be our new name server, We will also setting up another server shortly so that we will have three back up’s in the future.
We have also made some changes to our system so that if our central server goes down we are able to make the changes quickly so that there will be no service interruptions.
I would like to apologise to you for the down time and we are doing everything we can at this time to make sure we won’t be hit as hard again if such a rare occurrence should happen again.
Our new name service has been setup.
Service as now been restored at 00:00, 04th June.
02/06/2008 23:48 - Webconexion Name Servers Saturday 23:00, 31st May an electrical gear shorted, creating an explosion and fire that knocked down three walls surrounding their electrical equipment room at the Houston, Texas data centre where our name server is hosted, this caused all domains hosted by webconexion to stop resolving.
30/04/2008 12:26 - Petronia Timeouts Currently there's an issue relating to timeouts on the Petronia server. Our engineers are currently working on this issue and will have this resolved as quickly as possible.
Webconexion apologises for any inconvenience caused. All emails will be delivered from the Backup Mail Server once the issue has been resolved.

07/03/2008 13:45 - Marius Apache There is currently a problem with apache on Marius we are in the process of investigating this issue and we will have the service resumed as quickly as possible. This issue as now been corrected Webconexion apologises for any inconvenience caused.
31/10/2007 16:32 - Claudia & Lestat Email Delays There are currently 2-8hour delays receiving emails on two of our servers we are in the process of investigating this issue and hope to have our service back to normal as soon as possible. 08/09/2006 15:12 - Reading/Docklands Connectivity issues Whilst this issue is still being worked on we have implemented a workaround for Email and all email services have now been resumed. The Asparagus hosting control panel will be out of action until this issue is resolved however. Webconexion apologises for any inconvenience caused.
08/09/2006 11:45 - Reading/Docklands Connectivity issues There are network communication issues between the Reading and Docklands datacentres. An engineer is currently working on site resolving the issue at Telehouse. More information will be posted when available.
This will affect email for customers hosted on the Pandora, Vittorio and Petronia webservers.
05/09/2006 13:00 - Petronia Email Outage Currently there's an issue relating to receiving of emails on the Petronia server. Our engineers are currently working on this issue and will have this resolved within the hour.
This was caused by an upgrade to the SpamAssassin Spam Filtering software.
Webconexion apologises for any inconvenience caused. All emails will be delivered from the Backup Mail Server once the issue has been resolved.
