30/04/2008 12:26 - Petronia TimeoutsCurrently there's an issue relating to timeouts on the Petronia server. Our engineers are currently working on this issue and will have this resolved as quickly as possible.
Webconexion apologises for any inconvenience caused. All emails will be delivered from the Backup Mail Server once the issue has been resolved.

31/10/2007 16:32 - Claudia & Lestat Email Delays There are currently 2-8hour delays receiving emails on two of our servers we are in the process of investigating this issue and hope to have our service back to normal as soon as possible. 08/09/2006 15:12 - Reading/Docklands Connectivity issues Whilst this issue is still being worked on we have implemented a workaround for Email and all email services have now been resumed. The Asparagus hosting control panel will be out of action until this issue is resolved however. Webconexion apologises for any inconvenience caused.
08/09/2006 11:45 - Reading/Docklands Connectivity issues There are network communication issues between the Reading and Docklands datacentres. An engineer is currently working on site resolving the issue at Telehouse. More information will be posted when available.
This will affect email for customers hosted on the Pandora, Vittorio and Petronia webservers.
05/09/2006 13:00 - Petronia Email Outage Currently there's an issue relating to receiving of emails on the Petronia server. Our engineers are currently working on this issue and will have this resolved within the hour.
This was caused by an upgrade to the SpamAssassin Spam Filtering software.
Webconexion apologises for any inconvenience caused. All emails will be delivered from the Backup Mail Server once the issue has been resolved.
