What is the HCP?
The HCP is a web based configuration utility used to configure your Webconexion.net hosting account. You can configure new POP3 mailboxes, add email forwarding, setup a database, and much more. Configuration changes are applied to your account within 2 hours of submission (usually within the hour).
How do I access my HCP?
Members can access their HCP by visiting the members area. You will be prompted for your account username and password. Once validated, your HCP will open.
Will new features be added to the HCP?
Yes, new functionality will be added as time goes on to allow configuration of new hosting account features. If there is an area of configuration you would like to see automated, please email support@webconexion.net with a detailed description of the feature.
Upgrading your account via the HCP
We are about to add a feature to the HCP that will allow all members to upgrade their accounts at any time. You simply select the upgrade package you are interested in and your account will be upgraded within 2 hours.
