This tutorial shows you how to setup OSX Mail to send and receive emails.
Step 1: Click Mail, Preferences, Accounts...
Click the + in the lower left corner to create new account
and fill out the settings as below with your own details.
Step 2: Click on the "Server Setings..." button. Change the "Outgoing Mail Server" to: smtp.webconexion.co.uk. Enter your full email address as the "User Name", and then enter the POP password you chose for that email account in "Password".
